Mental Aptitude Assessment 

An assessment will help you identify mental game barriers hurting your performance. You will also access a range of other assessments to measure and celebrate the progress made in developing strengths, managing weaknesses, and closing out blind spots.

Personalised
Mental Game Plan

You will be given a custom game plan based on the the 'Play the GAME' framework. The game plan will be a roadmap for your training sessions and outline what strategies will help your performance.

Bi-Weekly Coaching Sessions 

In-person, via Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, or phone call (45-minute coaching sessions). Each session teaches you how to apply mental strategies for practice and matches. You will work directly with me and learn how to improve your mindset and performance.

Unlimited email correspondence, messages, and telephone calls

You can call, email or message me with all your questions. In addition, you get a daily motivational message sent to you via WhatsApp and regular telephone catch-up calls.
